- When I had my dongle problem I received a call from Newtek Tech named Chris and
- this is the info I got:

- Attention: Tech Dept
- Send a note stating "have Chris check dongle for reprograming"

- I did not use this method because I was fortunate that my local dealer had an
- extra copy and he swapped LW for me.
